Cuisinart CSB-75 Review
The Cuisinart CSB-75 is rather quiet considering the powerful motor.
About the Cuisinart CSB-75
Ease of Use:
We found the Cuisinart CSB-75 extremely easy to use. Just snap in the blender to the motor body and you are good to go. When you want to clean the blender, press the button located towards the rear of the hand grip. This will allow you to clean the shaft and the blades in a dishwasher. No mess, no cleaning – just sheer simplicity and convenience. Furthermore, the grip is convenient and ergonomically designed.
The only issue we noticed is that the blender is very powerful and can tip the container over if it is not held down.
Motor and Horsepower:
This small blender comes with a lot of power. The 200-Watt motor gives sufficient power to the commercial grade blades to blend chunky vegetable pieces effortlessly. We thought the motor was more than adequate in its performance. And, the one-touch control was extremely easy and convenient.

Noise and Space:
The Cuisinart CSB-75 is rather quiet considering the powerful motor. Of course, it does emit some sound while it is running, but not loud enough for you to warrant earplugs. Moreover, this blender is small, so ought to be no hassles in storing it. You can toss it into any available space in your cabinet until you need to use it again. We really liked this feature, not many powerful immersion blenders actually come so petite. Placing it on the kitchen counter top neither interferes with normal activities.
Options and Features:
The Cuisinart CSB-75 comes with two pre-set speeds – high and low. We found it very easy to toggle between the speeds using one hand. With the 2-speed option, the blender worked very efficiently.
The blades add air to anything you are blending. In fact, the up and down motion experienced by the blades during the operation adds air into the mixture to make your mixture fluffy and flavorful. The blades are also efficiently designed to mix and stir all types of foods, such as salad dressing, protein shakes, dips and sauces. You also can use the blender to combine dry ingredients.

Warranty & Service:
The Cuisinart CSB-75 comes with a limited 3-year warranty, which is pretty impressive. Usually this is not the case with most immersion blenders. However, some users have complained that to avail the warranty one has to send the original packaging, which we thought was a bit too much to ask from consumers. The manufacturer recommends consumers register their blenders online and advises them to retain their proof of purchase. However, if the proof is not available, the date of manufacture is used to determine the warranty.
Conclusion:
The Cuisinart CSB-75 is an affordable and lightweight handheld blender. It is ideal for small quantity blending and mixing when you feel taking out your regular blender is just too much pain. The small size makes it easy to store even in the smallest of spaces. Do not let its size deceive you though, as this blender packs a lot of power and blends effortlessly. Lastly, no need to worry about splashes like other petite immersion blenders.
